No Shows/ Cancellations

 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide us with 24 hours' notice. We do charge 50% of the services booked to cover the time and opportunity cost for our estheticians, if you cancel late or do not show up. 

Your time is important to us. We strive to start appointments on time, so please call if you're running late. We will provide service for the remaining scheduled time, but if you're more than 15 minutes late, we can't guarantee you'll get the full benefit of your appointment.
